It is quite obvious Lona has thorough knowledge of her teachings and teaches with ease paying particular attention to the student’s needs and sensitivities knowing just when to move them to the level of expansion or into comfort. It is a delicate space to know what and how to guide her students and she clearly does this extremely well.
