Lona is a beautiful soul inside and out. She is a great Tantra facilitator and provided such a safe and sacred container for me on my healing journey. This was my first time doing tantra so I was not sure what to expect, however, she thoroughly explained everything to me. The flow of the workshop was beautiful and I was able to reconnect with my breath, my body, my heart, physical consensual touch, and my spirit. As a SA survivor, this was potent for me on my healing journey and I am so blessed Lona was able to provide this sacred workshop to experience.
